I had plastic surgery to minimize a burn scar and it absolutely changed my life. You could have a consultation with a surgeon and get your nipple concerns addressed, discuss options, etc. Surgery these days ain’t no big deal-they have really figured out anesthetics so patients don’t have unpleasant side effects from that.

As I guy in a similar age spot (37), I empathize. I’ve been working out in a hard-core way for about seven months. I see quite a bit of progress. But I do not fit the common perception of “fit.” My abs never will show anything like “definition” without either my giving up many things I enjoy (local beer, hand-crafted sodas, etc.) or surgery. My wife is in a similar spot.

I’m biologically male, so take this with a boulder of salt: Let your body work into its shape. But I say that knowing that my male body will adapt. Female bodies are different and must compensate for a far wider range of possibilities.
